Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using any Wolf Codes product or service — including WolfPost and Nimea — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Wolf Codes Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@wolfcodes.ca
• Not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services in a way that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform (e.g. TikTok, Instagram)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our software

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Wolf Codes products integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others. By connecting these platforms, you authorise Wolf Codes to perform actions on your behalf (such as publishing scheduled posts) using the permissions you grant during the OAuth authentication flow. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these integrations complies with each platform's own terms of service. Wolf Codes is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that affect our ability to provide integrations.

6. Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or schedule through our services. By using our services, you grant Wolf Codes a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. to publish a scheduled post at the time you specified). We do not claim any ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

7. Fees and Payment

Some features of our services require a paid subscription. Fees are displayed clearly before purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@wolfcodes.ca within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.

8. Service Availability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content created by Wolf Codes are the property of Wolf Codes Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Wolf Codes branding or intellectual property outside of normal use of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wolf Codes Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
