Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Wolf Codes Inc. is a software company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We build AI-powered products for creators and businesses, including WolfPost (a social media scheduling platform) and Nimea (a habit and mental wellness app). This policy covers all Wolf Codes products and services unless a product has its own dedicated policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate our services:

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• OAuth tokens — when you connect a social media platform (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), we store an encrypted access token. This token is used solely to post content you have explicitly scheduled. We do not read your followers, messages, or existing content beyond what is strictly required to perform the action you requested.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and errors encountered, collected to improve our products. We do not sell this data.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
• Communications — emails you send to hello@wolfcodes.ca.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate our services
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To publish content to connected platforms on your behalf, at the times you schedule
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service notices)
• To improve our products based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

4. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to WolfPost, we request the following permissions:

• user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats — to display your account name, profile details, and follower statistics in the WolfPost dashboard.
• video.upload, video.publish — to upload and publish videos at the times you schedule. Nothing is posted without your explicit action.
• video.list — to display your existing TikTok videos within WolfPost so you can avoid scheduling duplicate content.

Your TikTok access token is stored encrypted and is never shared with third parties. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your WolfPost settings or directly through TikTok's app permissions page.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only as necessary to operate our services:

• Cloud infrastructure — our servers run on Fly.io and Supabase. Data is stored in encrypted databases.
• Payment processing — Stripe handles all payment transactions.
• AI features — Nimea and WolfPost use Anthropic's Claude API for AI-generated content. Only the data necessary to generate a specific response is sent; we do not store conversations on Anthropic's behalf.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scheduled posts and their associated metadata are retained for 12 months after posting, then deleted. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, hashed passwords, and strict access controls. However, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
